Venatus 2 Report post Posted May 14, 2008 Does anyone have a pic of what a good condition diff bushing in an e30 should look like, I know what mine looks like, but dont know what a good one looks like, Ive got a clunk in the back, Im hoping its something easy like that haha... tibbs.james 1 Report post Posted May 17, 2008 I had many clunks in the back of my E30 I eliminated about half of them by doing new subframe bushings. Didn't change my diff bushing but the one on my old diff was a little cracked around the rubber & the one on my new diff wasn't. most of the clunk was actually stuffed Cv's worth checking before you pull your diff out i suppose.
