The 328 gets some attention

Recommended Posts

Hi

Thought I'd post some pics of the coupe.

Ok, finally spent some money on the appearance of my 328 coupe. You know after tyres, waterpump and new brakes thought it would be nice to see my $$$

Thought I'd do the lights first - I'm 2/3rds away thru, just need to do the tail lights.

Depo angel eye headlights with separate indicators. And some new projector fog lamps.

Is that Modena interior?

I just thought it was beige?

That interior is nice! Don't think it's beige? Closer to Modena. Did your 328 use to be in Auckland? I remember a NZ New example selling here sometime last year, 100,000+KM with that interior.

Not feeling the projector fogs and front corner indicators to be honest. Good call on the tails though - got to keep the BMW classy right? :)

It was an Auckland car - now making the most of traffic free Southland roads :)

I got it 12mo ago with 84k on it - now 104k, just sooo much fun to drive.

I got the corner indicators as part of the deal, but may go to oem clears!

Looks great! Angel eyes look mint but not feeling the front corners either. Clear OEM FTW!

That interior is so cool in a black car.

Auto electrician or local garage???

The WOF guys usually do it for me. Your local garage/wof should be able to do it.

Looking good btw, go for the clear/red tails - they look the best on black coupes :).

The Depo's look great. Are they set up for use on left hand drive roads?

For the headlights - get some level ground and aim it on a fence or something to make sure both sides are level, then put the interior headlight adjustment to the highest setting, then adjust them with the adjustment screws on top of the headlights to your preferred height.

If you go for a WOF and think they're too high you can use the interior headlight adjustment to aim them down, should pass unless you aimed them super high in the first place.
