dlopez86 0 Report post Posted July 12, 2008 I have a 318ti and every once and a while when I start the car it will start and then start to rev up and down on it's own and then two warning lights come on the dashboard and for the whole drive the car will randomly lose power when I slow down, it feels like it jerks into first gear. I attached the two lights that appear, if anyone can help me out with what they mean, because my manual is in japanese and I can't find anything on the web. Cale 36 Report post Posted July 12, 2008 Triangular warning light means: DSC control system has failed. Continue driving cautiously and defensively. Avoid hard brake applications. Circular warning light means: Automatic transmission. The transmission has responded to a malfunction by reverting to operation in its emergency default program.
