1rotty 40 Report post Posted September 14, 2008 Just got the factory build & option sheet on my 97 540. Lists cross spoke 29 wheels-anyone able to tell me what they look like-i'm pretty sure thats not what was on it when i got it. An added bonus I wasnt aware of-the car has factory m-sport suspension-no wonder it handles heaps better than my jap slush box.

Are they what were on it when you got it?
martyyn 2 Report post Posted September 14, 2008 Ive always used this bmw wheels website if I needed to see anything but it appears to be well out of date now. There used to be another one very similar to this that had lots more wheels on it, but its been closed down

Apex 693 Report post Posted September 14, 2008 I was under the impression that the Hamann wheels have their name on them, like the ones on Dave’s wagon. Also Hamann wheels are normally staggered fitment, as in 8.5 up front 9.5 rears. Dave's Hamann's

Dave's Hamann's You could well be right-all the Hamanns I can see on the net seem to have their name on-mine certainly dont. There are all sorts of code stamps etc on the inside spokes but the only word is 'Germany' Anyone else able to throw any more light on this?
