Flickering one? Is it yellow? It could be traction control. (ASC+T)

Hi, could you tell me what this symbol is ... it looks like 2 lines going horizontal with 3 slightly wavy lines coming from above it ... to me it looks like it's a warning that a pipe it too hot.

The owners manual I have doesn't have this symbol in it.

It goes out after I start the car, but it's always the last light to go out (usually a second or 2 after everything else).

Sorry the photo isn't too clear but my camera just wouldn't focus on it properly.

Its just the cat convertor doing its self check. If it comes on while driving...then there is a problem

Sorry to high jack this thread, but I was wondering what the exclamation mark in side the cog mean when it stays on after the cars started? (this is on a 95 318i, 4spd auto)
