exhaust not sealing

On my e28 - with e32 m30b35

i am having real issues getting my bottom bolt which broke but grinded down the manifold to make it fit on there, the issue being i think all the thread is strpped and i cant get the bolts out i tried cause there was 4 of them,

also the manifold is cracked so it mite be stuffed and warped,

anyone have any bright ideas how to get it to hold or on getting the exhuast studs out, tried the double bolt trick but it just spins once its fully tightened

otherwise i think im going to stuff my engine cause its leaking oil not lots but the exhaust its not even sealed lolz

If its cracked its not worth mucking around with. Get a good 2nd hand manifold and fit it with new gaskets, head studs and nuts. I would also replace the exhaust flange studs and nuts as well.
