GerryAttrick 1 Report post Posted February 9, 2009 (edited) The dreaded headlining "droop" has manifested itself in my wifes 318ti. Worst at the moment is the trim on the front A pillars. Thought of trying to sort it myself but after seeing some photos of the results from DIY jobs on the 318ti forum my inherent chicken streak came to the fore and I have decided to leave it to the experts. A couple of questions: 1. Any recommendations on a good trimmer in Auckland area 2. Does the dashboard have to be removed to get the A pillar trim out? If its easy enough I'll pull the panel and take it in to have it recovered so that we can still use the car. I'll sort the headlining out later once I see what sort of job they do on the A posts. Of course if anyone has a recommendation for a decent glue that won't bleed thru the trim covering material then I might even do the gluing myself Edited February 9, 2009 by GerryAttrick
