OLLIE 26 Report post Posted February 12, 2009 I am hugely disappointed with the service from x-net. It's meant to be ADSL2 as fast as the line can handle and it is crap, really crap. half an hour wait time to speak to anyone there, no real answers to our problems. The VOIP line is terrible! Mark 178 Report post Posted February 12, 2009 I'm having problems in Chch. Last night I couldn't connect between 6:30 and 8pm. The download speeds are pretty shocking as well.
