325GRANT 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2004 does anyone else have this problem??? from time to time the carpet on the drivers side of my car gets really wet! i dont think its coming up from under ... i pulled it (carpet) out a while ago and dried it, while it was out i sealed the drain plugs with silicon. any ideas would be cool cos its got me stumped Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

You shouldn't have done that, IMO didnt seal any rubber stops... just the big plugs (about 5 inches wide) that are covered with that thick under seal crap, it looked like they have been pushed up from the car bottoming out.
