dave8501 0 Report post Posted February 23, 2009 Am having problems with the auto trans on my 1995 E36 318i. Once the gearbox is warm the gearbox will slip when shifting gears. When i take off after stopping it goes through the gears fine, but when i slow down for a corner and accelerate to go round the corner it slips and doesn't go into gear straight away. Its pretty weird, i had the trans flushed about a year just because i wasn't sure what maintenance was done while it was in japan. I would've expected the fluid to last longer than a year.
