What makes an E30 facelift model different?

Hi,

I know that the bumpers were changed to plastic and colour coded later on, and that some of the newer facelift models came with discs all around plus the option of ABS, but what else is different on a facelift model?

Rear flare guards are lower down

The front valance is different

The rear body panel is lower and hides the spare wheel tray

The rear lights have a different array setup

Discs and or ABS are not just a facelift thing. Ive had a 88 with rear discs & a 89 with drums(both were FL cars) & you can get ABS on preFL cars too.

The service indicator is different & so is a lot of the wiring.
