Blue E30 325 Hamilton

Was sitting behind this car at the lights in Bryce Street Hamilton about 4pm today, he took off when the lights turned green and a white Honda Civic came through a red lightand cliped the rear of E30 and took off, Does anyone know the owner I and did he catch the basted!!!

yea mate that was me, gunned it to try get out of the way but no such luck , managed to chase them down and get them to pull over and they couldnt even speek a word of english, and said that her light was green which i new it wasnt, then another guy puled over and said he saw it all and would be my whitness, i had to run through a red to catch up haha , but from the look on her face she had no intention what so ever of stopping

I called the cops but could only give them the first 2 letters of there reg, It would be a good idea for you to report it as it seems you have enough witnesses. i would be happy back you up and the cops already have a description of what happened from me. Cheers And good Luck.

cheers mate , good to know there people out there like yourself ready to help out , much appreciated,

the bimmer didnt come out to bad, jut need to replace the black bumper trim and gave the bumper a good old shove in the right direction with my foot to straighten it back up,

weve setteld on a payment ( hard work when they cant talk english) but i will still go to the police tomorrow just incase they dont front up , and im 90% sure she doesnt have a drivers licence also as they kept trying to dodge the question when i mentioned it, But if i find out that she doesnt then i will defeantly persure it alot further,

Funny thing was is that the 10 year old daughter said that they had only just mover to hamilton so didnt know the roads , but im sure in most places RED means STOP haha, wish i had a video of it now, ill post up pics of damage tomorrow

Right well ive managed to sort it out , got a quote to fix (plus a little bit more) which came to a grand , so i got that much from them lukily , but i can do some of the work myself so i estimate it will cost me about $500 to get it looking better than what it was before so im very happy with that result as most people would be , so it looks like my other car will be getting a bit of a birthday with a sterio now haha .

will book the car in at the panelbeaters on monday and she should be all fixed in the next few weeks, bit of a pain but the price is right.

Big thanks to warren for spotting the bimmersport sticker on the back window and offering to be a whitness
