Kia ora from Te Tai O Poutini...

Recommended Posts

Hi, I'm Ian and I'm a BMW-aholic. Recently purchased a '93 318is coupe for Shirl, the missus... but I like it too much and seem to drive it more than she does. I guess I'm hooked. To compensate Shirl, sometimes I take her for a drive to her favourite coffee and liqueur place, and on sunny days, we go for a blast on the BMW bike (1981 R100RS). Woohoo!

Will post more photo's very very soon.

Very nice, very tidy. The Norton peashooters make a nice sound don't they! The aftermarket fairing screen looks good too.

Mainstand mounts getting tired? Or is it just the angle of the camera?

The mufflers are EPCO stainless & staintune dxo headers, rorty with out being totaly obnoxious,

tho im bias and selectively deaf as i assume all RS riders must be!

Centre stand bushes need replacement i keep a good eye on the tightness of the nuts could be embarrassing if they got too loose.

on the list to do along with camchain and octopus diode board earthing upgrade

recently replaced the front rotors with cast iron, HH pads ans goodrich s/s braided lines..... it stops now...... yes and a toaster tan top brace made the biggest improvements

Dunno about the screen bit tall for me keeps ya dry as but gasping for a bit of air in hot weather i see now why the r/ts have air vents.
