suspension knocking noise

[bmw335i 16]

Hi guys.

my e34 has recently picked up ( what seems like a bearing noise ) comming from r/f susp.

dosnt make any noise when driving over 50k's

But going slow over little bumps seems to knock??

Any help would be great.

Swaybar links might be stuffed/loose. Jack car up and check them out. New ones are about $30 each.

Does it do it when you push on that part of the car, Like go the front right and push the car up and down, does it knock ? Could be a loose locking collar on the strut letting the shock move around in the strut (if e34 struts are anything like e30 struts that is).

After sway bar links.. Control arm bushes and ball joints.

Sway bars can be more a pop sound rather than a knock.

Randomly some times the can be tophat and/or nut not tight enough. (dont over tighten)

Another is worn tie rod ends. However you will feel this play in the the steering.
