I suppose when you put in a new system this sort of thing happens with 4 different people involved. Theres me, my IT guy, my accounting systems lady and the scanner supplier / technician. Its all good now though. We had bluetooth, wireless, internet, server and data sharing hick ups... thank god its all sorted now. Trying to set up a system and run a business all at the same time during working hours is such a strain on the old thinking cap. I'm absolutely rapt at what I've now got.
