Yousif 0 Report post Posted October 5, 2009 Hey guys, ive been looking at this, http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=244457575 And ive been wanting to know how different it will be compared to my 325i 1992, performance and handling wise, and another question, does every RED bmw fade:S? And, How is the fuel consumption on it?
laadeelaa 0 Report post Posted October 5, 2009 I think it's a little over priced for a e36 323i with 136,000kms. I think it looks a little bit see-saw with the uneven springs. 19"s on an e36? Be careful. Unless you want to fork out a few hundred per tyre every few months from camber! Over all it's a nice looking car. I just think for 10k you'd be able to find better. Good luck. And yes. Pretty much all red bmw's fade. Honestly.

mark247 39 Report post Posted October 5, 2009 325i has 15 - 20 more hp.
bmpower 3 Report post Posted October 5, 2009 325i has 15 - 20 more hp. And yet the 323i is quicker! Check the specs...... bhp is as follows: 325i - 191bhp 323i - 171bhp 328i - 192bhp The 323i gets the newer m52b25 engine rather than the older m50b25 engine that the 325i had. my_e36 43 Report post Posted October 5, 2009 I thought 323i are only from e36 face lift onwards?
Braeden320 0 Report post Posted October 5, 2009 E36 323's are a great car, they go really well for what they are. I love them in Hellrot, Don't even need mine but I've kept it beacause its mint. Heres mine, Red doesn't fade that badly if you look after it.
bmpower 3 Report post Posted October 5, 2009 I thought 323i are only from e36 face lift onwards? 323i's were from 1996+ and from memory facelifts started in 1997/1998+
