Clutch bleeding

hi,How hard is it to bleed a clutch on a 1983 320i,can you do it yourself,Cheers

You need two people to do it, one under the car at the slave cylinder end and one at the clutch pedal / resovoir end, and no it's not that difficult.

Just get a tube on the slave bleed valve.. get someone to pump pump pump the clutch 3 times-ish.. hold the pedal down.. undo the bleed valve - fluid comes out, do up the bleed valve and repeat untill no bubbles in the tube. Make sure you keep topping up the fluid.

and keep going until all the old fluid is gone ussually the new fluid is noticeably cleaner.
