iSO 0 Report post Posted November 16, 2009 (edited) hey all i'm new to the whole bmw thing. never knew much about them untill i bought my 86 E30. looks pretty mint. buzzing about it hahah so heres my new pride and joy of which im going to be pouring my heart soul and money into.!! sorry about not having much pics i will take better ones soon. notice how i never took photos of the rear quater? well my rims broke so i have odd mags lol. ill post some photos when theyre returned from the repair shop. should've taken photos before it was sent away. and just incase your wondering.... the number plate is not personalised. its was a matter of luck lols. Recond engine etc. how much did you pick it up for? $1750 with the mags lol it still is pretty mint. the engines only done 179k and im not sure when it wa rebuilt. it has a new gearbox too. no scratches and the one dent by the door which i can plunge out. interior needs a bit of work and a bit of rust around the sunroof. i'm thinking of painting the lip and skirts white. looks smoother. welcome to bs . get rid of the stockings on your lamps lol. tint spray is good! The other ones buckled and the rim split on the other brom a wicked pothole. Theyre getting fixed atm. costing$300 to repair. If i saw them on trademe again i'd buy them. Saw it drive past the courthouse in the weekend I think, sacked as with standards on the rear hah. Go to repco they can get / have tint spray it's like $25 for a can..
