I'm going to close this thread because there is no valuable information that we can benefit from as a group of BMW enthusiasts. Someone made a mistake.. now we have a linch mob and a cruscifiction... If you feel you have had bad service, you can say so. However, there are always two sides to every story, and it is not our perogative to play judge jury and executioner.
