raskill 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2009 Nice! Isnt a 10.5 - 11.5k estimate quite lite? The front Bumbers damaged and so is the left Fender. This is a Japanese 540i with alot of features. If you wana buy call turners speak to the person who you see is in charge and make an offer.....they cant refuse that. Thats how i got my 530i M/Sports
nordschleife 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2009 Looking at the consultant I'd say its a repo. What's it worth?
briancol 3 Report post Posted December 1, 2009 That manual sold 2 days ago. That price estimate is ridiculous-typical Turners (unless its a POS of course) I spend a lot of time at Turners, and frankly I disapprove of the way they conduct their business. Without being libelous, just ask yourself, "why are their vehicles being sold at almost retail price, when they are meant to be an auction"
1rotty 40 Report post Posted December 2, 2009 What would you consider nomal retail for this Brian?
mivtec 0 Report post Posted December 2, 2009 Nice! Isnt a 10.5 - 11.5k estimate quite lite? It looks like its missing a side indicator on drivers side, pretty rough bumpers, and got a few dents over it. Prob cost abit to fix it up. Yeah id say repo, for some reason repo cars are always mistreated. Shame, someone should buy it and bring it back to life.

zenetti 0 Report post Posted December 3, 2009 Without being libelous, just ask yourself, "why are their vehicles being sold at almost retail price, when they are meant to be an auction" Because the "general public" THINK they are getting a bargain but do not take into account all the extra fees. It is an auction so it must be cheaper here. I see it all the time too Brian, some cars go for more than on a car yard and they are in far worse condition. Conversely I have seen a few cars go for absolute bargains recently as well.
Lucan 196 Report post Posted December 3, 2009 I've been quite often to the auctions, and it depends on the people at the time bidding, at 1st yeah an estimate price is put to the bidders, but is lowered until someone bids, and if the seller is willing to part for less tha his reserve some real bargains are out there for the taking.
