stylish_division 0 Report post Posted December 4, 2009 (edited) e36 318is has steering wheel permantly locked(car was purchased this way). Doesnt turn with car started. Anyone know what it could be? I was told its a common problem but couldnt find anything with search. Its worth mentioning that the key is incredibly hard to turn.. Ignition barrel fault rather than steering components? cheers!
