Guest Ari Gold Report post Posted December 12, 2009 10k on wheels.... I dont think so. Do you have any idea what a pair of 19" split rim wheels cost brand new or are you speculating? Just an FYI, neither the NZ or Australian Work dealers bring this particular rim, and they're a custom size and offset, so 10K could well be plausible. oscar90 0 Report post Posted December 12, 2009 +1, Don't know much about wheels but I know Work are expensive new so I believed it (Dunno if i'd spend that much on wheels!), was wondering if they'd be custom offset etc, makes it more likely to be that price after buying the wheels initially, then shipping, tax etc i'd suppose
e30_capri 0 Report post Posted December 12, 2009 (edited) also that probly includes cost of the tyres initially so theres 2-2,5k already and 7-8k for custom rims of that size is not unheard of.... just my 2c's haha Edited December 12, 2009 by e30_capri
[email protected] 0 Report post Posted December 12, 2009 Um, a stock one is way more desirable.
deeveus 81 Report post Posted December 12, 2009 Um, a stock one is way more desirable. What he said. These go good & handle well enough factory & I'd imagine the owner would be power hungry not to appreciate the actual grunt that these have... I'd rather have a factory one myself, just my 2cents. hybrid 1044 Report post Posted December 13, 2009 Wheels would of only cost a max of 6k (anything over that your your paying way too much) .. tires = 2100 .. mind you they are 'only' goodyears and not Conti's or anything silly like that. Swap the blacked out lights back Nice car however .. has the right bits on it.
