nath 134 Report post Posted February 23, 2010 Yo, 5 years ago i installed a basic alarm in a 1990 316i in no time at all, why was it so easy then, and so hard now??!! I have a 1985 318i sedan and have no idea how i knew which wires were lock/ unlock last time. Can anyone tell me which wires these are behind the kick panel in my 318? 323e30 0 Report post Posted February 23, 2010 Depending on the brand of alarm you may also need an interface or two relays. Some alarms have an opposite locking switch to the bmws setup meaning that it will lock instead of unlocking. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
