3.5 M30 short block.

Recommended Posts

I'm looking for a 3.5 M30 short block.

Don't need head or any ancilaries, just block-crank-rods-pistons.

Must also be an early block. IE: E12/E23/early E24/early E32.

To be honest Brent, i don't know lol. I just know it needs to be an early block to suit the mounts in the E3, later blocks don't line up.

The earlier blocks have the engine mounts further back, as opposed to the E34 etc which have their mounts closer to the front of the block.

E28 for sure John, and if I'm right, E32 before 88, Marty or Brent should know.

also e24 blocks .

most likly best option is the 1982(9 mth) to about 1987(9mth) block with the 10;1 pistons.

and you can run them on the later motronic system if you like from a e34 535i and e32 735i etc
