Euro Plates

Recommended Posts

Ive got a set of personalized plates and want to have them printed on the euro plates but plates.co.nz are keen to charge me $299 to do so.

Wheres the best place online to purchase them from in everyone's experience?

Thanks,

Rick

you can get them from offshore sites but they technically arent legal so you MAY be pulled up for them. A google search will come up with a variety of sites you can get them from.

You can get plate surrounds that make your plate look like a Euro if that is the look you are looking for.

Search on Trademe

Your best legal bet is to stump up with the $$$ and do it via plates.co.nz

I just had a fresh pair arrive last week from germanplates.com, Chris is the man to go to for plates.

We don't seem to get hassled down here for "wrong" plates, although if I got asked I would just put my NZ euro plates back on

www.germanplates.com

Various styles, all cool, ordered off them about 2 years ago for a mate, ordered a pair for my car 2 days ago

type in this coupon at checkout also for 10% off: 10off

Total cost came out to $73USD for 2 plates SHIPPED from germany to new zealand.

plates.co.nz can shove it

ps: could care less if they're not legal, NEVER heard of anyone getting pulled over for it

pps: wow the 2 guys above me recommending it too, this guys popular

This topic has been flogged to death numerous times. The corpse looks decidedly ragged now.

Putting any plate on your car that is not issued by the NZTA is illegal. It is your own personal choice if you decide to flout the law.
