Wervie67 0 Report post Posted June 14, 2010 just saw this 325i. looks like a factory fitted tech 1 kit? anyone know anything about it? looks in nice condition. bit pricey though judging that a genuine m325 with similar kms (or miles) went for $700 less the other day. Mark 178 Report post Posted June 14, 2010 I went and had a look at this the other weekend for another member. PM if you're looking at buying and would like the rundown I sent him (he bought another car, so there's no stepping on toes).
flake 0 Report post Posted June 14, 2010 (edited) OT but i was just wondering why this m325i doesn't have the OBC? mine doesn't have it either. edit: carjam says its not a motorsport Edited June 14, 2010 by flake
Wervie67 0 Report post Posted June 14, 2010 (edited) i always assumed that only facelift m325i's had the OBC. True? nothing wrong with rocking the analogue though edit: and i think most SA imports have them too? Edited June 14, 2010 by Wervie67

3 SERIES 93 Report post Posted June 15, 2010 Who said this aint genuine?! My thoughts exactly! just saw this 325i. looks like a factory fitted tech 1 kit? anyone know anything about it? looks in nice condition. bit pricey though judging that a genuine m325 with similar kms (or miles) went for $700 less the other day. I reckon the price is actually quite reasonable! Have I been hiding under a rock? Point me in the direction where an M325i in a similar state sold for $5800.00! 3 SERIES 93 Report post Posted June 15, 2010 This is the one I saw waaaay back when and the boys at DCH gave it the thumbs down.. What was wrong with it Atta? Just curious
Wervie67 0 Report post Posted June 15, 2010 I assumed that since the guy didnt list it as M325i that he thought it was not genuine. taking a second look at carjam just looks most likely an importer error, its got MOTORSPORT under submodel. will try and get a VIN number off the guy just to be certain I reckon the price is actually quite reasonable! Have I been hiding under a rock? Point me in the direction where an M325i in a similar state sold for $5800.00! i think it was Ben-E30 that bought one similar to this for about that a couple of weeks ago. This is the one I saw waaaay back when and the boys at DCH gave it the thumbs down.. shed any light atta. PM if you want
Mark 178 Report post Posted June 15, 2010 This is the one I saw waaaay back when and the boys at DCH gave it the thumbs down.. Different car Atta. This one is a UK import, the one you looked at was NZ new and had done 125,000k's. I checked the old thread before I went to look at it.
