changed fuel from 91 to 98 now car wont start

I changed fuel yesterday from normal bp 91 to bp ultra and now my car wont start. Would it be the change of fuel or could it be something else??

I have no fuel coming out of the pipes on top of the fueltank,

if i turn the motor over there is power on fuse 23 fuelpump and there is power on 1 of the pins of the 5 pin plug

on top of the tank.

Stupid question where is the fuelpump? 1994 530 i E34 v8

Could you have possibly run the car so low to put the 98 octane in you blocked your fuel filter?
