5amchris 45 Report post Posted July 24, 2010 Anyone after a ipad? I work at dse and these things sold alot faster then i thought they would. We sold around 150 in a matter of 2 days [would have sold more but ran out of stock] DSE and a few other stores were the only sellers of this baby and we have now pretty much sold out So you now have to wait for the next shipment [4-6 weeks away] and that shipment might even be sold out before we get them =D Just thought i would tell you it might be hard to get one now. On Pad itself i think is pretty silly its just a large itouch/iphone pretty big waste for the people that have the iphone. myself i sold 5 today and 4 of the customers had a iphones. my_e36 43 Report post Posted July 26, 2010 Had that HP one before, it failed to mention the HP is much heavier with very limited battery life. I have an iPhone and I bought the iPad 3G yesterday. Love it already, ideal piece of tech to go online anywhere in the house. Read magazines when out for coffee, etc. My wife is gonna have that to play music and have online cookbook displayed while cooking. I used less of the computer since I had the iPhone as much of my email and quick bimmersport sessions are done on iPhone. now it looks like with an IPad, I will use my computer even less.
