swordfish 30 Report post Posted July 29, 2010 (edited) Whats wrong with standard mounts ? or have you modified the motor ? Hey, Glenn. No I haven't modify it. But standard mounts got saggy and now I need to change them... So wanted to know what are my options. I have read on allot of websites that standard mounts have poor design, plus I though urethane would be good and they are not too expensive... http://store.nexternal.com/shared/StoreFro...et=products.asp when standard are http://www.turnermotorsport.com/html/detai..._ID=11812283798 Please let me know if you know something that could help me. nastnas 9 Report post Posted July 29, 2010 theres alot of stuff on the net which says that the factory stuff used a poor design, and there probably are items which did have poor design, but the engine mounts lasted 16 years and now need replacing.... thats not poor design
[email protected] 0 Report post Posted July 30, 2010 (edited) I would just go get some stock ones from Gavin at Euro Italian. No need to over complicate a simple part that wears out! By going for harder types you're just going to make the car vibrate more. Edited July 30, 2010 by Mike-E36
