*Cap the pan tightly after use.

You've got to stab a couple fellow convicts and violate em with the tip before you can use them, then pop a cap in the pan afterwards?

Pan must be some kind of prison lingo...A lot of work to put paint on your wheels!!

My bet would be, most would stuff this up then end up having to use solvents on their tyres to remove it
