|ncary 0 Report post Posted September 5, 2010 (edited) Disconnect plastic throttle pedal from swingy bit. Lots of bolts on the firewall, like 4 i think. Undo the clutch line from the master in the engine bay. Pop throttle cable out. And the brake linkage of course. CamB 48 Report post Posted September 5, 2010 Not sure how clear that is - you can also do it this way: - undo clutch master cylinder - undo connection to brake rod across car - unclip springs - undo big long bolt and remove pedals. Keep the big long bolt and all spacers etc - autos have a shorter bolt. When you're done, you should have this: http://img843.imageshack.us/i/p1000542.jpg/
Driftit 2078 Report post Posted September 5, 2010 Best thing to do is to not separate the pedal box until it is out of the car. Follow Cam's instructions but remove the whole pedal box as one piece. Sell it as one piece too. So much easier than trying to wiggle the clutch and brake pedal out from under the dash. Took me 3 times as long last time I tried it that way.
