MagWarehouse want $950. -rip off? They've been relisted 3 times.

That's me asking if they'll take $700, but even at $700 I think that's expensive. No tyres and they may need a respray (look ok from the pics but I've been wrong before).

Anyone sold a set of these before or have a set?

I would've though without tyres $500 max would've been about right?

I brought a set of MINT E90 161's 17" at $350 for my 323i but have decided I don't want them (the offset means it'll look like I have 13mm spacers which will look stupid unless I lower it). Keen on sell them on and get a set of 68's but not for $950!!

Seems like a reasonable price to me. Magwarehouse.com are a good company to deal with, if you really want them go in and talk turkey with Nathan, he is a good sort and wont rip you off.

Just quietly, he had a set of style 5's last time I called in.

If one person decides they want them then they aren't overpriced.

Mag warehouse knows what they are doing and have set their prices at the upper limit of what anyone would pay.

They are a business and they want as much money as they can squeeze from you.

But at least buying from a company you have some sort of guarantee that they won't be duds. They don't want to get a bad name for themselves.

Fair points. I guess what bugs me is I want those rims, I can even afford them no trouble but I can't get my head around paying that when most 18" brand new replica's are less that 1k.

Might pick up the phone tomorrow and ask for Nathan.

Overpriced IMO.

Their set of style 5's went on trade me in the morning and were gone with an $1100 buy now by the early evening, same day. Way underpriced (Reserve was 1k). Could have got a lot more for them.

I'd say $700 is a very fair price for this set of rims. No tyres, could very well need a refurb. The staggered set up is what they think is worth the $$ I think.

its easy,if you think they aoverpriced dont buy them...if no one buys them they will have to lower their price.....simple,but dont come back here id someone springs for them first

they always over price their wheels...another example is their BBS RC090 for nearly 2K...had a look at it the other day...no curbs but someone hacked the heck out of the bolts which will need to be replaced...going to cost a couple of hundred...I asked but price was not negotiable =(

Think I paid around $600 for mine with tyres - but that was private and 18 months back.
