Looks like a good cheap run around. careful of the high km's maybe? $1,100 is pretty cheap for a manual 320

I had a manual 320 (e36 mind you),

It was a good wee car, but I got annoyed by two things:

-Basically the same power as a 318.

-Basically the same fuel consumption as a 325.

Thanks for the opinions, the Wife didn't like it, so we left it

She would rather we buy a newer one and use our E36 as a runabout, which I wont argue with lol

To be fair she quite likes the E30's, just not that one lol,

Not sure what to buy next though, I want something bigger, So I'm leaning towards an HSV/Holden V8 or 540I

Its so hard...I live in a Holden family and was brought up with them, I grew up always wanting a Holden, but after owning a BMW Its hard to imagine owning anything else lol

Just imagine how good you'll feel when you roll up in your brilliantly crafted 540, you take them for a ride knowing the whole time that you're driving something that's designed for more than just utilitarian use.

BMW's are by no means perfect, but they have this fantastic nack' (to me at least) of feeling more like an extension (no, not that kind of extension!) than a utility, I really truly think they're crafted very well and styled with being timeless in mind (well, most models espesh E21,E30,E36,E46,E34).

You are so right, My car is far from perfect, but I cant imagine parting with it and I wouldn't be buying another car if we didn't need 2 cars now.....
