Ignition conversion for m50

So you are going to change the ECU on this beast you are creating?

Do the M50 COP's have a known limit? Or is it to get away from having 6 separate coils

His car orignally had an M20 in it. I think part of the reason he is doing this is so he dosent have to swap the M50 loom + ecu into it.

Ahhh kk, that makes alot more sense now

What piggyback ecu are you using? Does it allow you to change spark and fuel etc?

So many good(and bad) things come from "i got bored today". Are those chunks of brass used to hold the original shape while you crush the end of the pipe?

Raising the rev limiter to 8 sounds impressive. What have you done to the valve train to allow the higher revs?

* I actually mean "stuck on a dyno" - I'd love to see the shape of the power curve. I'm thinking high and wide
