BenEvans 0 Report post Posted January 16, 2011 Hi guys, it has been a hard week comming to the conclusion that i no longer have the time or money to keep a car like this. i have just started my commercial pilots training and unfortunatly this car has to go. Specs: its a 1986 NZ new diamond schwartz M325i it has had a m30b35 conversion custom mounts m10 5 speed gearbox the engine was stripped and put back togeather with alot of new parts. front electric fan custom driveshaft all new brake pads/discs interior is in excellent condition dash has only small cracks the body is in amazing condition for age NO RUST that i can find! 10k + has been spent on this car getting it to where it is What needs doing (mechanicly): this car runs extreamly well! the only two issues that need fixing are: 1. it needs an e28 single mass flywheel and starter motor, as the m20 one it has dosent quite mesh properly and it has trouble starting. however, when it does start it runs mint! 2. the other issue is it may need a new radiator as i believe this one has a very slight leak when at full pressure, i do have to top up the reseviour every now an then but its normally only a few hundred ml. Cosmeticaly: the front needs a respray (stone chips) and a few bits of trim both these issues can be solved very easily, i just dont have any money to finish it. this car has seriously epic potential!! i would consider selling the drive train seperatly as a full conversion for an e30, i would also sell the rims seperatly given the right offer. Pics: My showroom thread prices: Whole car: $8,500 ono Complete m30b35 conversion for e30: $ 3,000 (everything needed) Wheels: $1,500 Body (if engine sells): $4,
