Rather buy local than Ebay lol

bmwNewbe 0 Report post Posted February 6, 2011 http://www.hella.co.nz/4-147/news/LED-Safe...yLightsâ„¢-Lamp they look to be a good job. probably better than the bmw lights. just pop ot the lower griles cut a slot the rite length then screw them down. the only bit id wonder about just now is the retrofit wiring loom and relay. the bmw loom is set up to be wired in a certin maner to suit the car but the aftermarket loom might need to me modified to wire up in the manner to suit. other than a possible slight mod and then again u might not need to id still say this is a good product. Apex 693 Report post Posted February 6, 2011 Hella make the BMW ones so maybe contact Hella NZ and see what they can do. They need to be wired so they are only on when headlights are off, they are way to bright to have running at night.
fatjoez 3 Report post Posted February 7, 2011 Yea I did read somewhere that Hella make them, though I also saw somewhere else a Philips produced model Have contacted Hella & BMW NZ for more info

elmarco 56 Report post Posted February 8, 2011 While Hella may make the BMW OEM parts, they are definitely not the same as these ones listed above which are made in NZ. And even if Hella make the OEM parts, it is unlikely that they will sell them as aftermarket parts - especially in NZ (the market is just way too small). Check with a dealer would be your best bet.
