cliffdunedin 8 Report post Posted February 15, 2011 So clearing out the garage last night and i realised i had a jatco box lying around that i had bought off trademe a few years ago...thinking i might need it, didn't and was going to relist it. I'm pretty sure it's for an e36 318 and can remember the company i bought it off saying it had come off a car with around 120K but can't identify it 100% Can anyone tell me how to identify it or send me a link!? Cheers Sorry for the terrible pic was taken late last night off my phone.
briancol 3 Report post Posted February 15, 2011 I always believed that the Jatco was only ever used in 6 cylinder models.

RustyItalian 11 Report post Posted February 17, 2011 Am I right in thinking that if you have a Jatco marked Transmission ECU then you also have a Jatco Transmission? (E39 528i Japan Spec)
