e30 rear taillights URGENT + other parts

had some C*nt do this to my car today without leaving a note. Need a new pair of taillights as the previous owner had sprayed them with tint spray. Need to sort it urgently because of the rain.

Not happy

Also need to replace the bumper if anyone has one and pick up the top half of an e30 coupe seat.
