gouba 0 Report post Posted April 28, 2011 I have to replace a rear taillight as someone crashed into my car. I dont have time to order a new taillight seal as it's raining and starting to leak into the boot. Anyone recommend a decent substitute? From a facelift e30 Thanks, Matt

huff3r 347 Report post Posted April 28, 2011 Sikaflex or similar automotive silicon sealant? Or marine-grade/household if your cheap My subaru i used household silicon, no more gaps or something along those lines, worked sweet but looked sh*t cos it was white! (Covers fix that though )
_Matt_ 42 Report post Posted April 29, 2011 I used standard clear silicone around both my tail lights and they haven't leaked since. Been almost a year now.
