H&R Cup kit installation question

Installing rear shocks from the H&R cupkit, attached to each of the rear is a washer, as i the pic? anybody can advise where they go?

thanks Glen, also when the shocks in front came out there was oil in the sleave that the shock sits in.. not sure if i leave the oil in there or drain it out, as the how-to i was following was not clear.

Leave the oil in, its acts as a damper.

No.. its there to transferr heat from the shock insert to the leg so the insert gets cooling. We usually change it with ATF fluid
