Ben 0 Report post Posted June 18, 2011 angle grinder compressed will get you lower than superlow kits and theyre cheaper (depends where you go) but coilovers are your best bet dude
AN E30 Fan 1 Report post Posted June 18, 2011 Everyone will have different opinions but it comes down to time and money basically. If you want to get it really low then coils but then you have to cert it for the coils and the height you cert it at. It's not the cheapest way but it will allow you to go really low. Super low kits are probably the easiest way and most cost effective of getting your car lower. And well.... compressed springs are illegal so no, don't do that. thorburn 121 Report post Posted June 18, 2011 Depending on how low you want to go and how much money you have. Really low normally means shorter shocks are needed and cert Buy some of my lowering springs http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index....mp;#entry415881

oscar90 0 Report post Posted June 19, 2011 you wouldn't goto all that effort in the back yerd surely..grinder discs are cheap haha The one thing I regret about my E30, different car I know, is settling for oem spec shocks and king springs, atleast get higher damper shocks to go with the harder springs or just wait and get coilovers, id wait and get adjustable stuff if I had my time again
