Jamex316 1 Report post Posted August 27, 2011 Is it normal for bmw's to have a slightly lower ride height on the right hand side?
Michael. 2313 Report post Posted August 27, 2011 Nope.. Has anything been changed, or happened to cause this? I'd inspect both sides of the suspension to see if anything is visually unusual. Then again, does your E39 have self leaving rear suspension? As I am thinking this is probably culprit.

_Matt_ 42 Report post Posted August 29, 2011 mine is lower on the RHS. I thinks its due to the fuel tank and the handbrake being up even. It drops when I take it off.
