Restoring plastic bumper strips to black

Recommended Posts

rough rule of thumb is nz pricing the same as the usd rrp

Really? My experience was generally its 1.5x (or more) the US price, plus GST (close enough to double). Mostly based on E36 M3/2002tii parts (so not so common).

I would love to buy new ones but money doesn't allow it currently. This $21.99 fix that I have done keeps the car looking good even if it's a more temporary fix. New bumpers will come when i have a bit more disposable income.

I still need to afford my car getting checked out for an airbag light, some replacement parts for the interior and a new car key. :(

Cheers for the link though!

Yeah Archived cars are a bit different unfortunately... My e30 mtech1 parts for the e30 are looking very expensive if not impossible to get.

However Im finding from recent experience that all e36/e39/e46 trim parts are very reasonable pricing from the dealers. Also, the great thing about m parts in these eras is that the cars trim is the same as the mtech models. So no real change there.

Something to do with the european pending ression ;)
