[PRTA 2]

Hi guys,

My very first car was a 1993 BMW 318i, over the weekend I bought a Mspec E46 318i 2000. Let me know what you think, should I change the wheels?

I quite like the wheels.... Will hide some brake dust :-)

The centres might look better in a greyer shade - dark metallic charcoal etc???

I bought the exact same just over a month ago and I'm really happy. I'm sure you'll love it.

My wheels haven't been painted black obviously and disappointingly the previous owners ripped the M badge off, but otherwise mine is the same.

Personally I'm not a fan of the wheels in black so maybe you could repaint if you agree? I think they just look too black... a dark metallic charcoal as said above would look nice.

M badges only belong on M cars,not because you have sports seats fitted imho

Thanks for the feedback, might look into repainting them soon. Only thing I need to look into is a slight vibration when braking (brake pads need to be skimmed/replaced?)

The rotors will need replacing, not skimmed, you can't skim BMW rotors.

Fair enough but it came from the factory with the badge so I wouldn't mind it still being there regardless. It's really just for show anyway.
