Recommended Posts

Is there any change in the looms for wiring a 1999 e39 pre facelift to retro fit a set of oem lights, or is it all plug and play?

Are you changing the Headlights or tail lights.

As stated not pulg and play the rears on the face lift have a flat six pin connector 2000 on I think. Before 2000 they had a a rectangular two row connector with four pins in one side and three in the other. Have a couple some place will dig them out and post up a picture.

Assume he is talking about headlights as the topic mentions angel eyes.

Just bought a set of headlights and am waiting on the adapter myself, indicators and "angel eye plugs are different.

All othet plugs work however.

So Clark sorted it then??

I got mine in, and they look AWESOME! Makes the car look way newer without all the pitting and dullness!
