Shady 0 Report post Posted July 13, 2012 Hes being sarcastic, as in ricers adding mods to their car to gain HP when its not a performance mod But back to topic, are these the actual angel eyes that repalce the whole headlight or the DIY version that you have to open up your existing lights?
