Bullitt 0 Report post Posted July 26, 2005 Just picked up my new car tonite 1986 M325i Motorsport. Done 240,000ks so its hardly concourse but its got a practially like new interior and motor has reputedly been rebuilt (no receipts but compression check etc was good) so it seems nice and strong. Very different to drive from my preious SiR CRX. Will get some pics up hopefully in the weekend

Bullitt 0 Report post Posted July 29, 2005 Yeah they are 14s which seems abit strange but its got the black headlining and I have the owners manual showing it was originally registered in 1986 to a guy in Palmerston North as an M325i so I have no doubt its genuine. I wouldnt call any of the above cars sports cars (including the BMW). the only example of a FWD sports car I can think of is an M100 Lotus Elan. Despite the fact an Integra Type R or many others are faster around corners and eveywhere else than a proper sports car for me one critera of being a sports car is no back seat, if they do theyre just a sports coupe at best
