Differential fluid for a PFL E30 318, any reccomendations?

I want to renew my diff fluid, does anyone have any recommendations for fluid?

Any for open diff is probably fine... I think I used Mobil because I bought it from the dealer.

i used Torco bought from Segedins, $50 for 2 litres, no complaints so far. Also used Elf's before, and it was very good.

your supposed to change the oil in the diff??
