NZ BMW 368 Report post Posted December 15, 2012 Hi guys, I have the torch which plugs into the socket in the glovebox, but it doesn't work. Are there any common faults with them? Is there an easy way to change the bulb? It wasn't immediately apparent to a non-skilled/practical person such as myself if that could be done. Thanks. You'll get the idea of what's inside the torch here Visit My Website The rechargeable battery dies after a number of years.

Ah great, this will be an excellent summer project for me to work on. I'm not fussed if it is LED or not but I do want the OEM torch to work. I assume the battery could be had from any electrical supplier like JayCar or similar?
Neal 545 Report post Posted December 16, 2012 Was thinking along the lines of Visit My Website I haven't confirmed that it will fit , but the specs seem about right. I need to do the same thing as I brought on of these around 1988 which no longer works.
