WTB: E28 clutch master cylinder

Need one that doesn't leak into the footwell :)

so do you have the internal clutch master cylinder like in the picture or is your the external type you can see in the engine bay (as most early rhd e28 e24 have)

the type in the picture you posted is normaly only found in the very last of the e28's or all of the rhd M5 etc

they have different pedal boxes and different fire walls

Looks like the one you have. (Now I see the super obvious difference) real oem failed me again haha.

Oh, and I would love a new resiviour top, mine is held my electrical tape.

yup , a few guys and part suppliers have been caught out ordering the wrong type.

its upto sept 1986 type

my mate got a quote through bmw nz about $600-700??

i have some spare ones with the manual conversion kits.

i could sell one off i suppose??

i think 3 options ,

rebuild it

chineese made ones :wacko: not sure how long they will last

or genuine bmw part

but try around the different suppliers you might get better pricing
